Team
Most of our team of dance professionals is formed in Brazil by big names in ballroom dancing, the rhythms taught are classic or even typically Brazilian cultural. Come and discover the art of dancing together and discover our facilities and class methodologies!
The dance
For physical health, dance improves motor coordination, balance and agility, working lower limbs, such as: thighs, glutes, legs, abdomen and arms.Regarding emotional health, the feeling of well-being during exercise causes the release of endorphins, which improves mood and self-esteem.“In a short time, sometimes even in the first class, people who dance come out different, happier and happier”.

OUR TEACHERS

Bárbara Vasconcelos
Teacher of Brazilian Ballroom Dances, such as Forró, Zouk and Samba de Gafieira. Formed by masters Kilve Costa, Jaime Arôxa, and registered by the Union of Dance Professionals of Rio de Janeiro. He has been teaching since 2016 and, at the Lisbon ACM, since January 2022.

Mimo
São Marfíneas/Touareg and French, dancer of Samba no Pé. She has been teaching Samba no Pé at Lisbon's ACM since January 2022. She parades at Escola Vila Isabel at the Rio de Janeiro Carnival and also at the Tropical Carnival in Paris with Carla Campos (from the Império Serrano Samba School).
